I have had endless problems with VW LENASIA, my car had gone in for service in February where an incident in their workshop had happened and my car was damaged, it was gone back to them for repairs twice where it is still not fixed as it should when my car was taken to them the first time. The car was sent to the panel beaters ****r Panel & Paint shop and still not repaired, whenever this is brought to their attention, they shifting to blame to me as if I painted and is not willing to take responsibility for the damage, besides the damaged caused I have received nothing other than disrespect from the service manager Aadil Mangera as well as the dealer principal Martin Hoekstra. I would advise not to purchase vehicles from them or take your vehicle to them for service as the after service is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. We are now in April they have completely ignored my requests for reports etc. cherry on top no apology has been received from them from the date of the incident.
