I honestly regret ordering from Lensmart. They proudly promise that manufacturing your glasses takes 3–5 working days — but that’s a blatant lie. It’s been over a month, and I’m still waiting for my order.
When I finally reached out, they claimed, “Oh, we found your lenses were faulty and didn’t meet quality standards, so we’re remaking them.” I asked when they discovered this — the first week, second, third, or fourth? No one could give me an answer. Instead, I got vague apologies and another promise to “expedite the process.” That was another week ago, and still nothing has arrived.
To make matters worse, when I asked them to expedite shipping (since they were already three weeks late on their own timeline), they told me I’d have to pay extra. Unbelievable.
It’s clear that Lensmart only prioritizes first-time buyers. Once they’ve got your money, repeat customers mean nothing to them. There’s no loyalty, no transparency, and no sense of responsibility.
If this is your first order, run and don’t look back — because after that, you’ll be stuck in the same endless waiting game I’m in now. ****.
