Not keeping promise

I hereby want to lodge a complaint regarding the dealer ship, HAVAL Leo Haese Hatfield, not sticking to the sales agreement.

The problem is that when our deal was made it was the last day of the month, I traded a vehicle in on which there was an outstanding amount. The deal was structured on the current outstanding amount but because of the date another instalment went through which in fact made the deal not valued as all figures had to change. This was corrected by getting the new outstanding amount and changing all other figures but I had now paid an additional instalment which I was promised would be paid back to me by the sales man Nardo. I have written several mails to the dealer to resolve the matter but I don`t get any co-operation from them.

This is now more than a month later and I`m still waiting after several mails, watts apps and phone calls.

This is not acceptable and I hereby want to know if I can have the deal cancelled.
