Think twice before using them.

We recently used this company to transport our furniture. What a disappointment. Due to poor planning, they were unable to load all of our furniture into the truck. All the quotes we got, and who sent agents out, agreed that everything should fit on an 8-ton truck. When we saw that everything would not come up, I asked them what was going to happen now. They told us that we should not worry that they could just arrange a trailer and then upload it. But the trailer never arrived, causing a second load to be arranged the next day for a ridiculous price compared to the original quote, which I feel was not our fault as, due to poor packaging, suffered that there was no room for everything. With the second load, our plants came. One of their policies is that plants are transported at your own risk, but there is such a thing as common sense. The plants were loaded on the back of a van and not sheltered from the wind at all, which resulted in our plants being so damaged when they arrived here.

So where they were the best price, we ended up being very expensive.
