I am getting billed for a router that I have returned. The router was returned before the given due date, and it was personally handed in at the collection location provided. I have sent proof, but they don't want to accept it, rather continue billing me, and now threaten me with legal action.
We recently used this company to transport our furniture. What a disappointment. Due to poor planning, they were unable to load all of our furniture into the truck. All the quotes we got, and who sent agents out, agreed that everything should fit on an 8-ton truck. When we saw that everything would not come up, I asked them what was going to happen now. They told us that we should not worry that they could just arrange a trailer and then upload it. But the trailer never arrived, causing a second load to be arranged the next day for a ridiculous price compared to the original quote, which I feel was not our fault as, due to poor packaging, suffered that there was no room for everything. With the second load, our plants came. One of their policies is that plants are transported at your own risk, but there is such a thing as common sense. The plants were loaded on the back of a van and not sheltered from the wind at all, which resulted in our plants being so damaged when they arrived here. So where they were the best price, we ended up being very expensive.
I wondered if I should do this and I see similar clients struggling with the same problem. Pharmacy Direct did not deliver my chronic medicine because I had an issue with my medical aid without making alternative arrangements. It's not the first time they don't deliver. Bonitas has an agreement with them and therefore we are half forced to use Pharmacy Direct. I was left therefore for 5 days without my medication and mine is of such a nature that it is life-threatening to be without it. And the medication I have to use can't just be bought over the counter so that means I have to get a prescription from my doctor again. In the meantime, a local pharmacy was at least able to help me with emergency supplies because I already started showing symptoms. But the point is, it is irresponsible and malicious of the pharmacy to refuse to send medication without making alternative arrangements with me after this medication is essential for me. Every time I tried to speak to them, they used the same sentence over and over: "It has been escalated to the pharmacy."
These are the worst courier services. They are never on time, and every time have some baseless reason why they couldn't deliver. I tried calling them, but they dropped the call when you said you were unhappy. I can't imagine why businesses still use them. My package was supposed to be delivered to me on the 31st, so they arranged it for today, April 4, and now I get a message that they can no longer deliver. When I tried to call them now, they cut the call after I already had to hold for about 8 minutes to be able to speak to a consultant. This is not the first time I have received bad service from them; it happens almost every time businesses use this company.
So when arriving at the department of Home affairs Vredenburg at 8:00, you will get a ticket. But due to load shedding, they don't want to issue a ticket but some did receive tickets. So, not living in Vredenburg, I waited in my car for load shedding to pass. Just before 10, I went to the door so that I can collect my ticket. So the security guard said we should stand in a line and she is going to hand out tickets. She just walked past me, saying nothing, skipped me, and gave the people behind me tickets. All I need to do was to collect my ID card.
I got an email with their ad and what the most rubbish and lies it was. I applied for funding after completing an application form on the Fundinghub website, and as a result of my application, this institution contacted me and said they could help. Their motto: No rules, no restrictions, no red tape and the best; for ten years on, they still believe! Well, I was summarily rejected for a ridiculous reason that contradicts their motto.
I applied for vehicle finance from Standard Bank Vehicle and Asset Finance. Which was declined, and that is understandable. But I don't understand why they can't provide a proper reason. I tried to send an email and call, but nobody could assist. What on earth does "Facility unavailable" mean?
Still haven't received my deposit—rented car on the 16th of Feb 2022. Please, do not use the company. If you booked a car, cancel it immediately before getting embarrassed. Please read all the reviews on this platform before continue with your rental booking.
I took my car to the mentioned company to replace my transfer unit. After receiving the vehicle back, my vehicle was still leaking oil after they said they are going to replace a seal between the transfer case and gearbox, which I also paid for. The car's CV boot was also damaged in the process and was pouring out the grease while I was driving back home. I asked what they would do about it, but after a week now they are not responding to my phone calls or messages.
Pharmacy Direct processed my chronic medication and claim the amount from my medical aid on 26th Jul 2021. Today is already the 11th Aug 2021, two weeks already passed, and still, I haven't received my chronic medication. I have already run out of my chronic medication since last week. Reading all the other complaints below, it's just a confirmation that they don't care about the well-being of their customers. Does not make an effort to make sure that their customers have their chronic medication because some customers can't be without their prescription, and their lives could depend on this.
