Terrible quality with false warranty

Hi All

I recently purchased a luggage set from Le-Royal Suitcase and Luggage. The set was for three hard-case suitcases with included locking mechanism and standard 24 month warranty.

I have had one trip to London with the medium size bag which ended in the bag falling apart. The handle tore off whilst carrying, the side of the bag split open (Noted that the bag was not overloaded), the bumpers have fallen off and the locking system does not work.

I am very disappointed in the quality of the bag and had to resort to duck-taping the side of the bag to ensure that my luggage would be kept safe.

I emailed Le-royale to institute the warranty (return or exchange) and have not heard back from them, despite numerous follow ups. Their phone number and facebook messenger does not work.
