Heidelberg Call Centre staff

Lesedi Mun in Heidelberg Gauteng must be the worst there is.Since 1h00 this morning without electricity.The procedure is to phone the call centre to report. The people answering the phone has no idea working or speaking with the public.They rude incapable of providing the service they so proudly anounce when you phone. The normal Sunday gets taken away and the answer you get is turn everything of in your house no clue of understanding that the on and off happens during the "search" to find a fault.
