Heidelberg Call Centre staff
Lesedi Mun in Heidelberg Gauteng must be the worst there is.Since 1h00 this morning without electricity.The procedure is to phone the call centre to report. The people answering the phone has no idea working or speaking with the public.They rude incapable of providing the service they so proudly anounce when you phone. The normal Sunday gets taken away and the answer you get is turn everything of in your house no clue of understanding that the on and off happens during the "search" to find a fault. Lesedi call centre Heidelberg step up or make way for people that know what they are suppose to do

3 MONTHS NOW!!!!!!!
GOOD MORNING ALL AS FROM MY PREVIOUS REVIEWS THE ISSUE REMAINS THE SAME. BOUGHT ITEM FROM MAKRO ONLINE AND RETURN THE VERY SAME DAY AS IT WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED. THIS WAS 25TH JAN 2025. AFTER HOW MANY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS STILL NOT RESOLVED. RECEIVED A EMAIL YESTERDAY DAY THAT I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED,CHECKING MY STATEMENTS EVERYDAY AND NOTHING. SO YET A NOTHER EMAIL TO KEEP ME QUIET BUT MY ISSUE NOT RESOLVED. PLEASE GUYS WATCH OUT! IF YOU PURCHASE ITEMS AND IT IS DAMAGED YOU WONT BE ABLE TO RESOLVE.PRETTY SURE I WONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

WORST I HAVE CAME ACROSS
I AM STILL WAITING FOR ANY FEEDBACK REGARDING MY RETURN ISSUE FOR PRODUCT THAT WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED.GOING ON SINCE 25TH JANUARY NO FEEDBACK NO REPLY ON EMAILS NO RESULTS ON OHONE CALLS. WORST EVER PLEASE ANYBODY YHINKING OF BUYING FROM MAKRO ONLINE THINK TWICE.....IF THERE IS A ISSUE THEN YOUR MONEY IS DOWN THE DRAIN!!!

THIS IS THE WORST I EVER CAME ACROSS LOGGED A RETURN FOR A ITEM THAT WAS DELIVERED BROKEN THIS WAS DONE ON 25TH JANUARIE 2025 AFTER HOW MANY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS EVERY TIME THE SAME STORY AND NOTHING RESOLVED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE AWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
