Overpayment of arrangement that was supposed to be paid up.

I had a 3 loans with letsatsi that were handed over to BOC which 2 of the loans I paid them off.... 1 remained with a balance of R9095.14 in June 2025 , I then made an arrangement of R1000 towards the loan that is paid through my payroll deduction that started in June and in July they also debited R500 extra through my bank. Up until now I have paid an amount of R10500 but I still recieve messages that I have an outstanding amount of R4359....when I made an arrangement I was told about the balance on my account but to my surprise now the amount it's more than what I made an arrangement for. I am unable to stop them from deducting on my salary , they are ones who must submit to my HR to stop their deductions....they must also stop deducting the funeral policy with an amount of R92.00 on my payroll.
