Overpayment of arrangement that was supposed to be paid up.

I had a 3 loans with letsatsi that were handed over to BOC which 2 of the loans I paid them off.... 1 remained with a balance of R9095.14 in June 2025 , I then made an arrangement of R1000 towards the loan that is paid through my payroll deduction that started in June and in July they also debited R500 extra through my bank. Up until now I have paid an amount of R10500 but I still recieve messages that I have an outstanding amount of R4359....when I made an arrangement I was told about the balance on my account but to my surprise now the amount it's more than what I made an arrangement for. I am unable to stop them from deducting on my salary , they are ones who must submit to my HR to stop their deductions....they must also stop deducting the funeral policy with an amount of R92.00 on my payroll.

I made a withdrawal from my BETFRED account on the 5th of September 2025 Only to find out that the number that was still on my profile its an old number that is no longer in use.....I communicated with BETFRED and they gave contact details for OTT mobile technologies so that they can provide me with a new voucher pin or reverse the amount to my BETFRED account But they suggested that they will send a new voucher pin to my new number To my surprise, when I went to withdraw the voucher , it was already redeemed I raised my concern with OTT, and I was told that its not their concern The voucher according to OTT it was redeemed at 11:57 and that was 2 hours before I could be issued out with voucher pin and the Request ID on the redemption slip is not mine but they still insist that i redeemed the voucher It is clear that i was not the one who redeemed the voucher because it was hours before i could communicate with them, and the Request ID doesn't belong to me. All I need is for my winnings to be refunded to my BETFRED account or be provided with a new voucher pin. They are ****mers , and the agents are rude when talking to them telephonically .

I need my refund ASAP

They took me pillar and post about enrolling my son..... I paid all the required tuition fees but my son was enrolled. I requested for my refund so that I'm able to pay at my current son school but they telling me it will be prepared in the coming 14 days... Which is unacceptable... I need that fund for an urgent matter which is my son's tuition fees.

Refund and confirmation letter from Data capital

I have cancelled my contract with this company as I was paying for devices that they didn't even deliver... Now it's been two weeks requesting a confirmation letter for the cancelation but they keep on telling me stories.... I need to get my refund back and the letter it's needed urgently ... Poor service and they always have a new story to tell.

Paid up letter and capitec to update my ITC immediately

My capitec was handed over to VVM and I have paid the amount that was said I must pay. Now they say I must wait for 21 days for me to get the paid up letter and I need it urgently.... They say they will only send ealier if capitec tells them so. I need the matter to be resolved immediately.
