Zero customer service skills

What a horrible service I experience from Tshepiso since Saturday morning. She promised to call, never did, only today at 11:36 I received the contract on line, signed it and did the debi check. On the last hour she calls and says they did not get the contract and was so not cool on the phone and did not care at all the way she spoke to me. It's knock off time now and I guess like the boss she is, I must wait on her.
