They taking me from pillar to post and delaying to process my claim.
I just called Max Law and a lady answered and introduced herself as Max Law Credit Legal and when I asked for her name she kept repeating the company name. She ended up cutting the call and by then I had to wait for 10 minutes for the phone to be answered. What a horrible service.
Their App was slow and taking too long to load. I placed a bet and it kept loading forever till it stopped. At this point no notice to say or show the bet went through, and the betslip was still showing, so I loaded the bet again and it went through. To my surprise the bet was loaded twice. So I write to them immediately and asked for a refund of the other bet and they say it's not their fault their App was slow. How can one load the same bet twice within seconds. Had the bet won...they would have paid the one bet.
Just stopped by Engine Garage Cnr Rivonia and Mutual/De La Rey Roads. So The petrol attendant Washington decides to help his friend first while I got there before his friend. And he has the decency to tell me I am lying he got there first. So disgusted.
<p>My first matter with Clientèle was resolved after I lodged a Hello Peter complaint. I thought that was just a once slipoff. I called clientèle for advice on my retrenchment matter, it took me about 7 times to get through one of their legal advisors, by then I had spent lots of airtime. The legal advisor was so impatient with me, she kept on interrupting me while I was speaking and she just heard the word "retrenchment" and she went on telling me about the retrenchment benefits, something that I know and wasn't what the call was about. I am a legal assistant by profession, something that I mentioned to her and she then started to now want to listen to me but I was fed up and asked that I be contacted back and she told me I would be contacted within a day or two. 5 days later I get 1 missed call and an email thereafter telling me they have been trying to get hold of me. 1 call nje and they say they have been trying, very funny. 3 weeks went by, no follow up call no nothing, and yet they claim they are the best. So today I decided to reverse the debit order, 5 hours later I get 4 missed calls from them, I wonder what was the call about, me reversing their debit or my retrenchment matter, which by the way I am sorted.</p>
I reported my lease dispute matter with Clientele Legal last September were I was requesting that they assist me with enforcing cancellation of my lease after it had expired in September 2015 and had given a 1 month notice giving my intention to cancel but my landlord refused to have it cancelled as it was a joint lease and wanted both parties to the lease to give a notice to cancel. The problem was that I did not want to continue with the lease and my partner wanted to continue. What Clientele did was a complete joke and waste of my time, they 1st referred the matter to the wrong tribunal in western cape and when they finally had it sent to the correct tribunal they send a blank complaint form and are still waiting for a respond. I say they send a blank complaint form cos I had asked that they forward me the email they sent to the tribunal which they did and to my surprise the attached complaint form is blank. And yet they tell me they waiting for the tribunal to respond, what is the tribunal going to respond to. I wonder what they mean when they say they have top lawyers, a top lawyer failing to double check his work, that's just worse.
I was at Shoprite Pta church Street paying my accounts, I was being assisted by Merriam Maluleke, the money market clerk when she told me she can't accept my money as it had stains and that they don't take stained money. I pleaded my case that the money was not fake and she wouldn't take it and told me I am wasting her time as she needed to close of at 6pm. She then called her manager Godfrey Mashele who gave me bad attitude telling me to go away with my fake money. I told him the money wasn't fake as I also got it from other shops and he insisted that I leave as their machine wont accept the money and I asked that he bring the machine to test whether my money was fake or not and he told me I am not special and cannot do that for me. Merriam and other money market clerks were laughing at me and making silly remarks about me in front of other customers. I've never felt so humiliated in my entire life. I just left the store to save myself from some more embarrassment.
I ordered a blackberry leap online from cell c last week and I received a Matshidiso and we finalised everything and told me they have stock and I will get my phone latest monday the 23/11/2015. Today she calls and tells me there is no stock and that I will only receive the phone in January, January its like next year. Mxm I guess she was more concerned with closing the deal rather than delivering my order. I haven't received my order amd already I am being lied to, somethings are just weird. Please cancel the arrangement.
