Bad customer service
I made reservations earlier with Level Seven restaurant for 8th December 2023. On the day of my reservation I received a call informing that they are moving us from sky bar to the main area because of the last minute reservations that they have from a big group. The worst part is on the 8th in the morning i received an email requestibg my confirmation and i confimed, only to get a call later to be told that they move us from my original reservation. This is really bad 👎 customer service they prioritizing money over their clients. They should clearly state that your reservation is only valid provided there is no last minute booking of a big group cause clearly that's how they operate. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
