Below is the email iv sent to Vodacom on the 14th of June 2024: "I would like to lay a complaint about an agent from Elite cell that called me with regard to my upgrade. The call was at 16:31 from 0792005608. When I said I wasn't interested to upgrade he called me stupid because I wasn't even prepare to listen to him and hear what he wanted to tell me what his call was about. I'm really disappointed if that is how vodacom treat us as their customers. No one has the right to force me to upgrade." I didn't receive any response from vodacom. On the 1st of July I made a follow up with vodacom customer service and I was connected to Elite mobile to state my case. The agent from Elite mobile promised to come back to me after tracing my call with their upgrades department till today nothing from both Vodacom and Elite mobile. I'm really disappointed that vodacom is sharing our information with their subcontractors that could hardly take responsibility for their actions.
I've never used a travel agency before, I'm telling you i will never use another agency again. They are stuck with me. They are the world's best travel agency, we used them for our visas applications and Dubai for 7 nughts. Their service was the best. Rahim your service was 👌 you kept in touch with us throughout our trip thank you so much for such wonderful service. Mauritius and Seychelles here we come.
Bad customer service I made reservations earlier with Level Seven restaurant for 8th December 2023. On the day of my reservation I received a call informing that they are moving us from sky bar to the main area because of the last minute reservations that they have from a big group. The worst part is on the 8th in the morning i received an email requestibg my confirmation and i confimed, only to get a call later to be told that they move us from my original reservation. This is really bad 👎 customer service they prioritizing money over their clients. They should clearly state that your reservation is only valid provided there is no last minute booking of a big group cause clearly that's how they operate. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The kind of service that I received from Airrion Raymond was exceptional.
This company fraudulently billed me for something I didnt signed up for. I paid a once off amount when I bought my car. When the term ended I didnt ask them to renew my account yet they kept on billing me. I even called the car dealer they confirmed that it is not an ongoing contract. Worse now I'm being harassed by their lawyers. Iv been calling them to assist me by cancelling this to no avail.
On monday the 5th of July I called Momentum insurance to make a claim on my car I was assisted by Lutendo Mashele who was so kind and happy to assist me. He got everything done for me the same day he made me feel like a client and I became a happy client. He submitted my claim before the day was over, today I took my car for assessment and windscreen repairs thanks to his quick response. I wish more agents could as helpful as he is. Keep it up Lutendo.
I bought a car through Wesbank Finance. Iv log on in my account trying to see if I can request my Natis documents, unfortunately my paid up car doesn't appear there. I called their costumer service no they transferred me three times to the collection department which couldn't assist me with anything. What a bad service. I'm really disappointed. Now I'm stuck cant get my documents.
<p>Nyiko and Thato were so helpful to me when i requested help from my way concerning my car keys. He ensure that I got help by kept on checking me with follow up calls until help arrived. </p> <p> </p>
