I purchased two Iconic Levi’s shirts online, however upon delivery, one of the shirts appears to be ****. The shirt has no Levi’s label on the pocket, which raises serious concerns about its authenticity and quality. This is unacceptable for a brand that markets itself as selling genuine products.
I logged an official complaint and requested an exchange on 22 December, yet to date I have received no resolution or response to my follow up email sent yesterday. Multiple attempts to contact customer care and your head office have been unsuccessful, as all calls go straight to voicemail
