I purchased two Iconic Levi’s shirts online, however upon delivery, one of the shirts appears to be ****. The shirt has no Levi’s label on the pocket, which raises serious concerns about its authenticity and quality. This is unacceptable for a brand that markets itself as selling genuine products. I logged an official complaint and requested an exchange on 22 December, yet to date I have received no resolution or response to my follow up email sent yesterday. Multiple attempts to contact customer care and your head office have been unsuccessful, as all calls go straight to voicemail
What a hell of an experience at Hi Fi Corp South Gate Branch! I made an online application and was provisionally approved for R65k. I went to the store to go submit the documents as stipulated on the email. I am married OCOP, however I found myself having to leave the application process pre-maturely because they started requesting for financial details of my spouse which in my opinion was pathetic and appalling, Contact details would have sufficed but why request for salary, expenses and all that nonsense and further his payslip? Furthermore, details of HR? 🙄 Which company still has HR personels waiting to confirm employment? I offered the confirmation of employment and one of your stuff rudely responded that it was JD Groups process and eventually gave me the email address. I have no difficulties with getting approval and the only reason I opted for you was because the PS5 came with an additional console- I will wait for FNB to get stock and will take it up with them. This reminded why I had stopped doing business with yourselves in the first place. I will continue to use the most reputable companies and not the fly by night like this Group!!!!
I ordered 4 (2KG) dumbbells at Game and the order was delivered on the 8th of December. Upon receipt of the delivery the dumbbells were dirty and damaged; looked like second hand good that were collected from their store room. I am so disgusted with the level of service. I logged the complaint and only on the 16th I received an email that the items had been booked for collection and I am still waiting. I want these items collected and my money back!!!!!! I took out a 4G data sim card with rain in February. I struggled with connectivity in the area and did not use any data. My data usage is 0 on all itemized bills; however they have been collecting R250 every month from April. I sent the query to their support and the consultant Steven Konyana did not respond to my refund request. I finally cancelled the sim card in last week; however they have taken money again from card today.
