I have tried in vain, on more than one occasion and by both telephone and by e-mail, to get confirmation from LexisNexis regarding their bank account details so that I may settle their account.
How can it be in this day and age that a Company is unable to confirm their bank account details ?
Do they not want to get paid ?????
