LexMed is useless

After having copied the accounts lady Patricia at my doctors practice, having her copied in ALL emails to my medical aid and being fully aware of me trying to settle the account and flow up with my medical aid she still hands me over. I have explained this to LexMed as well and they just don’t give a stuff.

Please, tell me what exactly what would you like me to do? Physically change the invoice? What?

No help, no assistance, no understanding, not even following up with me medical aid.
