Unauthorised policy refund
I am still waiting for my refund on the policy I didn't authorize. I sent all the necessary documents 8 months ago and I still haven't received my refund . I want all my money back and for you to stop deducting money from me.

I want it cancelled and for the person who opened this policy without my concern to be held responsible.i am not the only person you are ****ming wit this unauthorised policies. I'm not letting this lying down . You people dont even take us serious you take forever to reply us and after a few response you keep quiet for months.
