Not impressed
Gooday I wrote a email to you guys wanting to cancel my policy and get back my refund,like I explained in my email that I've joined you guys last year and you've been debiting my account but I don't have policy documents nor a policy number can I please get assistance you guys were suppose to respond on my email but I've been waiting since last week

Lifewise
Lifewise is a amazing funeral policy. At first it was to good to be true when the agents told me it. I was like *** is this, they explained and i managed to take the R30 000 premium and a 6 months food benefit. After 3 years my Wife died, i claimed and recieved my payout after 2 days. That food benefit tasted good.

Unauthorised policy refund
I am still waiting for my refund on the policy I didn't authorize. I sent all the necessary documents 8 months ago and I still haven't received my refund . I want all my money back and for you to stop deducting money from me.

Unknown policy details and need cancellation
I have a policy which I did not know how it access my perusal. It's been more than 10 years and I am unable not receive any information regarding policy details...I would like to be assisted regarding the cancellation and has previously tried to call them but yet no response

Hollard life wise is *****ulent take money from my payslip(persal) without me signing or agreeing to anything with them. I dint know how they obtained my persal number. I reported the matter to their ***** department in December and was promised it will be canceled and get my money back. I don't know how many people are being de*****ed by their so call consultants just for them to earn commission by taking our hard earned money. From the school that I am working there is also my colleague who have been de*****ed and we have been trying to call them but our airtijust get finished without even been assisted. Hollard please don't be despair clients I am begging you and cancel that policy and refund back my R123 you have been deducting from December.
