I am unsatisfied your self service aren't giving me an option for what I'm looking for. I have an investment plan with you guys and would like to get a loan as I've already withdrawn the funds last year and the only option I have is a loan .
I was happy when I was going through a financial difficulties 6 months back you assisted me and released my funds within 48hrs on my investment policy , however now it's a different story when I am in the same situation and would like a loan to lift down my burdens I can't access it. I've been calling you but can't reach you and the self service doesn't give that option, if you can please assist me on that.
I am still waiting for my refund on the policy I didn't authorize. I sent all the necessary documents 8 months ago and I still haven't received my refund . I want all my money back and for you to stop deducting money from me.
Sanlam opened two policies without my knowledge and I found out November last year and when I called they told me the matter takes 4-8 weeks and it took them 10 weeks after pushing them to attend to my case after that their forensic investigator came back to me and told me the case was concluded and I will get my refund back . I don't get after waiting so long for the case to be resolved I have to still wait long again for my refund . I need my money back 😩 😫. The least you guys could do for hiring ****mers is to solve this ASAP so that we can go separate ways what is so hard ?
