I would like to say that the people at Old mutual think they going to bully me it's been almost a week ND a half and I stil don't have clarity regarding the policy that was opened in my name. The requested documents that I had to print out,fil in and send back to them along with the proof of debiting on one of the forms they wanted policy numbers which I didn't have and I emailed them to ask what I should put in there since I don't have documents they advised me to leave it blank A day later I received a email with the same ***** form along with the policy numbers that I now must put in again so basically I was back to square one I must go print fill in and send again which I feel is unprofessional why would u send them the first time then tell me to leave the policy section open to come back again ND want me to fill it in that's nonsense The story didn't end there,next they wanted me to tell them which of the policy numbers that they send was *****ulent and I told them all of them,that was 2 days ago till now no response on top of that this people is stil going to debit cos they have my persal number on their system. I won't be bul**** by you guys and trust me continue taking my money cos u think mos you clever I work hard for my money very hard and I don't go around and open policies unless it's a need and all things that go off from my persal is the only things I can afford then you come and just take money without my consent
Good day guys Just want to say am so tired of writing reviews about you guys but really you guys need to pull up ur socks I currently have 2 files open with you guys I've been waiting for quite some time now to get a response from the attorney I opened a file with last week I've send two emails and no response The other file was opened today but now after speaking to the attorney over the phone,she was suppose to send me documents to print fill in and send back but immediately after seeing her not emailing it I then contacted her via email for her to send the documents but till now no response So my question is,what is going on at this firm cos I don't understand case,after case,after case I must come to hello Peter and write a negative review no men this is nonsense
Morning I would like to find out how you guys got a hold of my Persal number cause I received my payslip and toy surprise I see you guys take almost R300 from my persal who opened this policy under my name cause I never took out anything with you guys I wil not be leaving this matter like this I need answers and I need my money taken from me to be reimbursed I hope to hear from you soon or else you guys Wil hear from my attorneys
Good morning I received my payslip today,and to my surprise I see Avbob debiting money from my persal almost R300 so what I would like to know is who gave you my persal cause I don't have any policies with you guys on top of that you debiting but I do not have any policy documents or policy number for that matter,I wil not leave this here,next il be contacting my attorneys,I need proof that I opened anything with you guys along with my signature where I approve the policy in the meanwhile can I have my installments that I paid can I have it back and cancel this thing cause I never took anything with you,hope to hear from you
Gooday I would like to cancel the policy with you guys,reason for that is,the lady that opened the policy assured me that they will debit from my bank account instead of my Persal,when I received my payslip last month I saw you guys debited from my persal after I asked the lady so nice not to cause my persal is overload please do cancel my policy and may I then also get my premiums back that was paid
Good afternoon Can someone high in charge in the firm please do make contact with me I am so tired of certain Lawyers not doing what they suppose to I've opened a file and was contacted once unfortunately I couldn't pick up in time,I had a complain last year and ended up leaving it cause my lawyer decided it's fine to make me feel like the bad person here I am again I've opened a file last week til now not 1 phone call this place is starting to make me worried for if one day I get locked up ND them u find this poor service I need someone in charge to call me asap!

Good day I recently opened a file at your office for ******** arrest by saps and also I wanted to claim damages on my vehicle,so Mr Basikele and myself already started on the wrong foot it's like he's not trying to assist but instead make me feel bad I don't have issues with your firm but there's just some attorneys I don't know they just last,I Salute Mr mshweshwe that once helped me on a case and went all out for me ND also Tumi Hlongwane that's stil busy on one of my cases,they know how to make clients feel supported not Mr Basikele that's trying to make me feel guilty pls am asking for my file to be moved to someone that actually wants to help me thank you
Good day I am getting impatient with you guys taking forever to refund my money back that you guys were debiting can I get feedback as to what is happening cause really this is frustrating
