LFA Auto with bad customer service

I bought a used car from this dealer since day one they have been giving me a runner around Mercedes Benz C220 first the car had 2 old finished tyres then there was no brake pads sensor and many more things about this car I was told to fit my on tyres and fix what ever is missing in this car remember I played 90k cash I fought with them until they fixed some of the things in the car but they promise me that they will pay me back for what I have fix including the tyres which they still owe me even now the Manager of this dealer has an attitude he is so rude.he told his not pay me back my money the person who sold me the car must pay me back my money.
