I unfortunately cannot recommend LFA Auto due to an extremely unprofessional and misleading situation. We test drove a Jaguar F-Pace which we were told was priced at R315,000. The reason it was a bit cheaper than others with it's specs is because it had undergone a full engine replacement—a major red flag with no clear explanation provided. We double-checked and confirmed the price multiple times—R315,000—with the sales representative, who assured us repeatedly that this was the correct amount because of the work they had done on the car. The engine was replaced in March, and the car is still sitting there now in December. Despite our concerns, we proposed R300,000 with a R60,000 deposit, leaving R240,000 for financing, which was accepted and the dealership helped us submit everything to their CFC financing partner. Our application was approved without any issues. While we were still weighing our concerns about the car’s history, we decided a few days later to proceed with the purchase. We contacted the sales representative to confirm. Then the unprofessionalism began: He avoided all of our calls over the entire weekend. When we escalated to management, they claimed the car was actually R350,000 and blamed us for “misunderstanding" the cost. This is blatantly untrue—the price was clear from the start. Even confirmed via emails and through financing. This ordeal has been an absolute waste of our time. Due to their unprofessional conduct, we missed out on other cars that were within our budget. It’s deeply concerning that a dealership would: 1. Provide misleading information about the car’s pricing. 2. Fail to explain clearly why such a significant repair (engine replacement) was required. 3. Refuse to take responsibility and instead try to cover their tracks with false claims. The unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and lack of transparency have been a complete waste of our time. I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this dealership after this misleading ordeal.

Bought a car that has an engine swop but has no papers refused to refund me. After a long fight with Mohammed it was agreed that they will park and sell the vehicle for R60 000.00 to date only received R40 000.00 and lies and dishonestly all the way. The directors ignore you. Dont even bother going there to purchase of sell a vehicle. The said Mohammed has no drivers licence but drives while u sit in the passenger seat that is how they do test drives. U dont get to drive it yourself he drives it without a licence.

Be careful. I purchased a car from them which was in good condition and passed the Dekra test. Suddenly on the day of collection, there was a an engine problem which demanded repairs. I believe they tamper with your car once you have made a purchase.

Purchased a second hand vehicle from LFA Auto in Kempton Park on Friday 17 May 2019. We were surprised that the vehicle had passed the roadworthy test despite the headlight not working. Returned it on Monday 20 May 2019 as we’d spotted an oil leak and an engine warning light came on. They then held on to it for 61 days claiming it was being repaired. It was then shipped to us and arrived 8 days after that on Friday 26 July. We were assured that the car was in working condition and that all faults had been amended. We barely made it 1km down the road before the core heater packed up. Our car was flooded with water. Abdul from LFA Auto verbally agreed to cover the repairs but did not stand by his word. Various bolts, seals and covers were missing from the car as can be confirmed by the repair people we had to consult. A further R20 000 and 73 days later of our own cost, and parts that Abdul assured us had been done, we received the car only to have it fail once more the very next day. I called Abdul from LFA Auto insisting he take back the car or I will need to take legal action. He ended the conversation and is walking away from this matter without consequence.
