Their wifi sometimes randomly disconnects devices. Their chat bot doesn't work. Their support doesn't help on weekends even though their office is open. Anisha used to be very helpful but now she barely responds to requests for help. All in all, if you're gonna go With this service then be ready to balance it with your own mobile data when Their wifi has problems.
Great service thus far from Ocean. I haven't made any claims as yet. The onboarding process was simple.
Be careful. I purchased a car from them which was in good condition and passed the Dekra test. Suddenly on the day of collection, there was a an engine problem which demanded repairs. I believe they tamper with your car once you have made a purchase.
Poor service. When you hold the line, there is a guy who tells lame jokes and it seems you can't get it to stop. VOIP line is fully paid but lines aren't working. My advice: Stay away.
The shipme theme from sitemile has good potential. Unfortunately though, the service I received was terrible. The developer has promised to add our payment gateway (which I paid an extra 25$ for) for more than a month now. We requested another small change which he still hasn't made either, so there's not much I can do with the current template. If you are looking for a theme which you will be happy with, my advice is: Rather find a developer who knows how to treat customers well. Not sitemile.
