I reported that my phone was stolen and claimed the insurance for my phone at finrite Telekom branch tell to call directly to finrite which I did and only to have to wait on hold for an hour everytime I call the they ask me to send the documents from the police station which I did in was told to await for their response I haven't recieved any I call the again yesterday I had to wait for an hour before they answer me then they told me my docs were wrong with no SAPS stamp I must resend I did today call them again waited for and hour to be answered then the consultant told she doesn't see the email. I'm spending alot of airtime to call and I have to pay excess I'm really not happy with they gave me as their paying client.
I bought a used car from this dealer since day one they have been giving me a runner around Mercedes Benz C220 first the car had 2 old finished tyres then there was no brake pads sensor and many more things about this car I was told to fit my on tyres and fix what ever is missing in this car remember I played 90k cash I fought with them until they fixed some of the things in the car but they promise me that they will pay me back for what I have fix including the tyres which they still owe me even now the Manager of this dealer has an attitude he is so rude.he told his not pay me back my money the person who sold me the car must pay me back my money. I have apply for my divorce settlement since September 2019 which I was told it takes only six week to pay out I'm still waiting even now when I call I'm told that documents not done. Very bad service
