Difficulties dealing with OH PMB department

Libcare's OH PMB department keeps thinking of new excuses not to authorise take-home consumables after my 7 week old baby's month long stay in NICU. It's impossible to contact this department telephonically and e-mails to them are continuously responded to with the same generic copy and paste answers, requesting information already submitted previously.

Ever since Discovery Health took over the administration of Libcare Medical Scheme every administrative query has become an uphill battle!
