They supp**** an oxygen concentrator without a saturation monitor causing my daughter to have to stay in ICU for another day unnecessarily.
My service was suspended this morning with no prior warning despite my account being perfectly up to date. Apparently my recent bundle purchases exceed my monthly spending limit and this places my account in arrears. I received no notification of this. I had to pay my account (due 31 January) immediately and now I have to wait up to 48 hours to be reconnected. This is the second billing issue I've had with Telkom Mobile in the past two months. Very disappointing that Telkom Mobile has now become just as pathetic as the other mobile networks.
I was seriously impressed with the service received from the Gezina branch of HJ Bosch & Sons Panelbeaters. The work done on my vehicle was exceptionally neat, the service was friendly and efficient and they finished the work within the specified timeline. Highly recommended! 😄
Libcare's OH PMB department keeps thinking of new excuses not to authorise take-home consumables after my 7 week old baby's month long stay in NICU. It's impossible to contact this department telephonically and e-mails to them are continuously responded to with the same generic copy and paste answers, requesting information already submitted previously. Ever since Discovery Health took over the administration of Libcare Medical Scheme every administrative query has become an uphill battle!
Claims were processed under the incorrect dependant on my medical aid and after several e-mails to Ampath over the past three weeks I've received zero feedback. Very frustrating and totally unprofessional!
On 8 October I received an account for R221.60 dated 8 July. This was the first time I was made aware of this outstanding balance for an account which I now see was already rejected by my medical aid on 11 July. I paid this outstanding balance on 9 October and I sent proof of payment to Lancet via e-mail. However, both my wife and I are being RUDELY harassed on a daily basis with endless phone calls, SMS messages and e-mails regarding this account. So you wait three months to send us an account, we take one day to pay it, and now we need to deal with this constant harassment. Completely unnecessary and very unprofessional!
I receive several calls per week from telemarketers trying to sell me an Auto & General policy. Even after hours and on weekends. I am already insured with MUA, which is part of Auto & General. I have referred many of my friends and clients to MUA over the years. If I receive one more call like this I will cancel my existing policy with MUA and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same.
Our supposed "Premium Range" patio furniture cover did not last a year before tearing in several places. Upon querying this with Covergard we were advised that the product is not suitable for use in direct sunlight. They forwarded me an electronic document showing this but even the picture of my furniture cover on their website does not show this disclaimer. Terrible product, totally overpriced, false advertising, shocking after sales service!
Old, stale, imported products clearly sourced at the cheapest possible price and not considering quality for a moment. Terrible quality, terrible brand, stay away!!
After countless mails I finally got a commitment from the Fraud Department to arrange a refund. However, nearly four weeks later this has not happened. Once again proving what an absolutely unethical company Cell C is!
