Breach of POPI act

Credit profile and Personal Information I Received a call from Liberty Credit Silutions 21/05/2025 claiming that I pay too much interest that is not according to the National Credit Act and got the information from NCR and then I received an SMS that stated that I gave consent to draw a credit report of my credit profile. I DID NOT give them consent. They phoned me and had all my credit profile on hand already! I did not sign anything with them. I ask who is going to pay for all the services of them instructing the credit providers to lower my interest, they menstioned they will be paid from the penalties. I was asked if I’m working or not.
