I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the abysmal service and lack of urgency from Liberty Corporate regarding my Two-Pot retirement system withdrawal request.
It took Liberty a staggering 16 days just to communicate that my request could not be processed because the "annual income" field was not completed. In a digital age where automated system validations should flag missing information instantly, or where a customer service agent should review and flag errors within 24 to 48 hours, waiting over two weeks just to be told a form is incomplete is utterly ridiculous.
These funds are meant to be accessible for urgent needs, but Liberty’s administrative delays and poor communication turn a straightforward process into a bureaucratic nightmare.
I expect Liberty Corporate to:
Immediately fast-track my corrected application without putting me at the back of a 16-day queue.
Provide an immediate update on exactly when the funds will be paid out.
Explain why their system takes over two weeks just to notify a client of a missing field
