Poor service is the norm for Liberty Life. I have sent several email follow-ups on the instruction submitted to them and they just don't respond. I have sent an escalation to their complaints dept. (relations@liberty.co.za) - no response. I have also lodged a formal complaint to their complaints dept. (relations@liberty.co.za) - no response. Very very bad service
