I paid the company about R900 + to renew my car's license disc somewhere in August as it was expiring on the 31st August 2023. They asked me to send them my ID copy which they later claimed was blurry, after a number of attempts I realised that these people were not serious about helping me and requested them to refund me since they were having a problem with my ID. A guy by the name of Mark asked me to send them my banking details which I did but that was the last time I heard from them. I still have not renewed my disc and it is accumulating interest which will also have to be paid by me. I need help to make these ****** pay me back my money so that I can renew my disc myself. I do not know what got into me to end up paying these ********s for what I have been doing for myself without any failure all these years. Regards R. E Letloele

Very Unhappy
I wouldn't even give this company 1 star! Absolutely disgusting service. I paid over R1000.00 for my license disk and have received absolutely nothing! 2 months later as it has now become a matter of urgency I have requested a refund. no response whatsoever. Do not use this company they will ***** your money!

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star! Absolutely disgusting service. Upon writing a review on this company, their consultant responded on what's app accusing me of tarnishing his company's reputation. To this day I am still awaiting my refund of R2100 to be precise to no avail, this was promised to be done yesterday 22/8/23. Upon reaching out, which is on their app, website, and Facebook messaging, not forgetting email I've had no positive response. My cries are falling into deaf ears. This is my hard earned money, I need it back. I had paid this company R2389. The consultant informed me they would deduct administrative fee of which I fully understand that is R289. This is a total ****. Two week's after registering and paying for the renewal of a vehicle license, I have had no service, no feedback and absolutely no response to my numerous follow up emails. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail, Avoid these ****sters.

Desperate and taken advantage
A payment of R2389 was made by myself to the company in an attempt to renew license disc which exp September 2022, the delay was due to a hijacking 7 October 2022. However I noticed this amount is too high for my vehicle size and when I'm requesting a breakdown especially of the R2001.00, the consultant I've chatting with on their whatsapp seems to be irritated when I challenge. He claims that my vehicle still flags as ****** which is not true, mainly because I had gone to License department in Langlaagte and this was dealt with. Due to the trauma of the hijack and car accident in March I am depressed it's difficult to drive to public places hence I thought this would a better option referring to their on line views. Now if the car is flagged as ****** I'm requesting the consultant (Eric) that's the name on the invoice to refund my monies ie R2001 and R99 delivery so I can make effort to this sorted if his version is true. He's not responding to my whatsapp texts, he's irritated with me, he's refusing to give his name. Pleas hello Peter intervene, I'm trying to fix the damage and get over the trauma and setbacks these accidents caused.

While browsing through apple App Store, I came across “Licence.co.za” App named renew vehicle Licence, I downloaded the App, everything was simple. I then registered on the app and added vehicle details as requested. Soon as I added vehicle details, app showed how much I needed to pay. This amount was even cheaper than the other option I tried earlier but didn’t materialise. These guys sort out the License Disc, I am very happy with their service I hope they grow and continue to assist more people.
