A payment of R2389 was made by myself to the company in an attempt to renew license disc which exp September 2022, the delay was due to a hijacking 7 October 2022. However I noticed this amount is too high for my vehicle size and when I'm requesting a breakdown especially of the R2001.00, the consultant I've chatting with on their whatsapp seems to be irritated when I challenge. He claims that my vehicle still flags as ****** which is not true, mainly because I had gone to License department in Langlaagte and this was dealt with. Due to the trauma of the hijack and car accident in March I am depressed it's difficult to drive to public places hence I thought this would a better option referring to their on line views. Now if the car is flagged as ****** I'm requesting the consultant (Eric) that's the name on the invoice to refund my monies ie R2001 and R99 delivery so I can make effort to this sorted if his version is true. He's not responding to my whatsapp texts, he's irritated with me, he's refusing to give his name. Pleas hello Peter intervene, I'm trying to fix the damage and get over the trauma and setbacks these accidents caused.
