Upon writing a review on this company, their consultant responded on what's app accusing me of tarnishing his company's reputation. To this day I am still awaiting my refund of R2100 to be precise to no avail, this was promised to be done yesterday 22/8/23. Upon reaching out, which is on their app, website, and Facebook messaging, not forgetting email I've had no positive response. My cries are falling into deaf ears. This is my hard earned money, I need it back. I had paid this company R2389. The consultant informed me they would deduct administrative fee of which I fully understand that is R289. A payment of R2389 was made by myself to the company in an attempt to renew license disc which exp September 2022, the delay was due to a hijacking 7 October 2022. However I noticed this amount is too high for my vehicle size and when I'm requesting a breakdown especially of the R2001.00, the consultant I've chatting with on their whatsapp seems to be irritated when I challenge. He claims that my vehicle still flags as ****** which is not true, mainly because I had gone to License department in Langlaagte and this was dealt with. Due to the trauma of the hijack and car accident in March I am depressed it's difficult to drive to public places hence I thought this would a better option referring to their on line views. Now if the car is flagged as ****** I'm requesting the consultant (Eric) that's the name on the invoice to refund my monies ie R2001 and R99 delivery so I can make effort to this sorted if his version is true. He's not responding to my whatsapp texts, he's irritated with me, he's refusing to give his name. Pleas hello Peter intervene, I'm trying to fix the damage and get over the trauma and setbacks these accidents caused.
We lost a family member yesterday, my grandmother aged 94. My family is trying to get assisted by Avbob in King William's town, however they are sent from pillar to post because Avbob demands a BI from her physician so they can assist with the claim. She passed due to old age so she didn't have a specific physician, she was hardly ill. We are in mourning, and your adverts promise smooth transition.
