Worst service

I booked for 2 treatments and walked out after 1st one as I was forgotten in the waiting area. I sat for 30.minutes and was then told they were trying to find the the******. No staff offered water even while I sat there. Before and after the 1st trestment the the****** just tried to sell me add ons and face creams. Worst experience. Nobody managing.
