Had appointment at Bayside branch. Then was waiting for a quote on new lenses. One month later no quote. I went back to the store in person. They promised to send me the quote. I got it finally a couple of hours later and it was incorrect. Terrible service.
Worst service I booked for 2 treatments and walked out after 1st one as I was forgotten in the waiting area. I sat for 30.minutes and was then told they were trying to find the the******. No staff offered water even while I sat there. Before and after the 1st treatment the the****** just tried to sell me add ons and face creams. Worst experience. Nobody managing.

Item was delivered broken from their online shop. Multiply calls and emails with no response. I keep getting told the supplier will phone me and nobody ever phones me. I paid for something that I can't use and the customer service is shocking from Momentum Multiply.
