they need to get friendly staff at the front desk.

Always gone there never had an issue BUT this last time. never again.

I wanted to book treatments for my kids and myself. The lady at the front desk send me to the kiddie's section to find out their availability (are they not able to communicate with each other) I go down there confirm with the gentleman get back upstairs only for her to tell me they don't do facials down there after I told her the treatments I wanted. I didn't end up booking i was put off by her attitude.
