Mel, the manager, called me, and she didn't show any remorse about what had transpired. I could sense that she discussed me with her staff. My anger is about the treatment they give to certain people. I have been given this spa business over the years, and the treatment I received is embarrassing. No regard for clients. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this spa. Certain people are treated differently.
