I'm looking to book a treatment for my 2-year-old daughter and her cousins. I sent an email to enquire if the treatment, I wish the kids to do would be suitable for their ages. The first customer agent, who assisted me via email was Lebo Mabaso, who told me the treatment is for kids of a certain age group. She didn't direct me to a treatment that would be suitable for 2 2-year-old old. I then sent an email asking which treatment would be suitable, the next agent who assisted me via email was Bongani Memani, who wrote and I quote "Kindly see spa menu for all the treatments and packages we offer". Like, I didn't look at the menu, I would not be asking if I knew which treatment is best for the age group I'd like. Both ages are not trained as customer service agents and their service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
