Took my baby and nephew for a spa day they had a flotation therapy and massage booked. The instructor was amazing but upon entering the building there was a foul smell, the floatation pillow was broken so my four month old couldn't use it so he did the aquatic session instead. As someone that goes to the life day spa for adults side I wasn't impressed by the baby side. A solid 4/10 not worth the price.

I'm looking to book a treatment for my 2-year-old daughter and her cousins. I sent an email to enquire if the treatment, I wish the kids to do would be suitable for their ages. The first customer agent, who assisted me via email was Lebo Mabaso, who told me the treatment is for kids of a certain age group. She didn't direct me to a treatment that would be suitable for 2 2-year-old old. I then sent an email asking which treatment would be suitable, the next agent who assisted me via email was Bongani Memani, who wrote and I quote "Kindly see spa menu for all the treatments and packages we offer". Like, I didn't look at the menu, I would not be asking if I knew which treatment is best for the age group I'd like. Both ages are not trained as customer service agents and their service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I purchased 5 baby floatation and massage sessions for my 3 months old baby, we used one and we had a HORRIBLE experience. I requested a refund for the remaining 4 sessions because there is no way I'm taking my baby back there from the spa manager Juanita and her boss Shelly and I'm still waiting for a RESPONSE! Honestly I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed in the entire experience. It is the 3rd week now. Whenever I call Juanita is absent from work and of course beside the generic "we don't do refunds" respond I got once, no one is getting back to me. How do you want to force me to do business with you when I'm not happy with the service? I'm ready to take this further. Because I'm tired of trying to get a hold of these clearly incompetent managers.

Such a brilliant concept and a beautiful venue. Competent and friendly the******s BUT I hated that it was so busy and nothing was explained to me when we arrived. I felt that it was just a money making business with back to back treatments and parallel parties. I had to figure out how to get my drinks sorted and when to get the girls changed whilst people that arrived 1 hour earlier were given their gowns etc. I was also disappointed that I was almost given a 20min massage time for the kids when I paid for 30. I had to to show the lady your website where it states 30mins. There were too many parties and it got rowdy and too busy! When I enquired about the 10min DIY I was told by the lady at the front desk - it's that thing where their choose their scrubs and lotion. We don't do that anymore! If you don't it - don't advertise it. Whatever I paid - I still paid for a service and I deserved that. If you're thinking of having a party there - go get a good feel of the place on a chaotic Sunday!

I took my daughter and 2 nieces for a massage on Sunday the 11th November 18.The music was very loud and we could hardly hear each other speak.I asked the manager Johanna if they we always that noisy and her arrogant response to me was "didn't my girls tell you that this is a kids spa"?I told her that my problem was not with the kids but with the loud music.The music was definitely meant for her staff as they we all dancing to it. I had to hold the gown up so that my daughter could change as there was a problem with them accessing the change room.The final straw was my daughter telling me that a The****** called Nadine threw her with a gown after she was done massaging her.The staff's attitude was unprofessional and i will never subject my kids to that again. I called the Spa yesterday 14/11/18 and lodged a complaint with the manager named Cheryl.She told me that she will look into it and call me back yesterday,I am still waiting.
