Really enjoyed my experience with my forever new order. The packaging was amazing (didn’t have that factory smell that you sometimes get with online orders). Very efficient with the email and messaging service. Allowing me to understand when my parcel was being delivered assisted since I had it delivered to work. My order was 100 percent right also.
Disrespectful services. The worst service ever your service providers are disrespectful. Your consultants do not know the policy. They are rude and its been a total waste of monthly premiums. I want cancellations to contact me urgently and i want to be refunded for all my premiums until date. My consultant doesn't even have the decency to take my calls or respond to mu emails, treating my claim as non urgent. i must spend hours on end on hold waiting for different departments for something as simple as a burst geaser,
I was defamed by the group admin A random notification popped up on my Facebook page where people where asking about the costs of a notary. I am not a notary and get no kick backs for any referrals to notaries. I just commented by giving the estimated pricing and I said the person can inbox me I can help them find one in their area. The group admin immediately posted a rather rude message about not inboxing - surely she can understand that one can not be expected to read the rules every time a random notification pops up from a group. I then messaged on the wall to say sorry any attorney is also a notary and I just mentioned the one I know. She then openly defamed me on Facebook saying that I clearly don’t know how to read when once again by the very nature of social media one can’t be expected to be treated in such a manner. If the group has such strict rules the rules should pop up every time they send out a notification. I messaged her to ask her to remove my tag and if she is unable to do so to notify me so that I can inform Facebook. I feel utterly humiliated and I feel that should I not receive an apology from the administrator as she could’ve handled it in a much more diplomatic manner where I would’ve apologized rather then humiliate me and if the posts mentioning my name are not taken down I’ll have no option but to take the matter further as it is dangerous for a social media group to behave in the manner they have done.

This lady had no knowledge of my complaint whatsoever and actually said that I will be liable for a cancelation fee. I have detailed in my email why I will not pay a cancelation fee as breach is from Telkom's side but I am still getting highly frustrating calls and emails requesting the mobile number when I indicated it's for a rooter. Can telkom please advise if it's possible for them to get someone who knows the history of my complaint to call me and please see if you can escalate cancelation as even in cancelation your offices display no customer service.<br />I do appreciate hello Peter and facebooks help in this regard </p>

<p>Despite numerous complaints and promises to be assisted I have not been assisted by Telkom.</p> <p>I have dealt with senior customer care consultants with no assistance.</p> <p>Telkom is in breach of their contract and all I need now is for them to assist me with urgent cancelation.</p> <p>They seem to be unable to do that. I don't mind returning the rooter to their nearest branch and I need deductions to stop immediately. </p> <p>I have really received the most horrific possible service from them.</p> <p> </p>
<p>I took my niece to Life day Spa kids for her birthday and the the******s were really good. However when i went to pay i was almost double charged... when i questioned it it almost felt like i had to prove that that was not the amount i had to pay... i was then told that i was double booked and even there initially in my booking my name was recorded as Wanita which is not close to my name at all... i think the bookings department must watch these errors as it can leave a bitter taste after a fun experience</p>
<p>In the past week i have visited three stores and i have recieved great service from all three. (The Glen, Mall of the South and Mall of Africa).</p> <p>Your products are all amazing and they last long ... thank you for making quality accessories at an afordable price - and oh how i love your sales :-)</p> <p> </p> <p>Even my mum loves your stores :-)</p> <p> </p>
<p>Disgusting - i logged a complaint in November last year.</p> <p>i have submited social media complaints </p> <p> </p> <p>i follow up with my complaint and your staff tell me they have no recor of same.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have agreed that i will give you a chance however nothing has come out of it and i feel like i have no option but to report this to the regulator - i think ICASA and the consumer protection council need to know how you truely treat your consumers </p>
