Yho, I have been trying to move my funds to another fund and it has been an uphill struggle.

Bonitas retention and termination is NOT CUTE
Bonitas is a great medical aid and I have had a wonderful journey with them thus far until....I changed employers and now having to terminate my medical aid is proving to be a nightmare with no concrete confirmation or anyone reaching out. I submitted my termination form called the helpline and my query was escalated but I need this resolved as I cannot pay for another month after the notice month.

Baby spa experience not cutesy
Took my baby and nephew for a spa day they had a flotation therapy and massage booked. The instructor was amazing but upon entering the building there was a foul smell, the floatation pillow was broken so my four month old couldn't use it so he did the aquatic session instead. As someone that goes to the life day spa for adults side I wasn't impressed by the baby side. A solid 4/10 not worth the price.

Inefficient Bonitas
I recently gave birth and now when I claim back from medical aid it is denied. From the moment I knew I was pregnant it took forever to get the correct authorization and now I am struggling with my claim.

Click Cleaning-Quick-Seamless and Amazing
Guys Click Cleaning is the plug! Firstly, the administration was seamless from getting their contacts to booking an appointment the entire process was seamless. The three gentlemen who came to clean provided a world class service, firstly they are very professional, my mattress looks brand new and the fragrance from the chemicals was amazing. I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend this service. Ntate Andrew and his team outdid themselves with the mattress and they clean up the space where they worked. Absolutely, loved this service.

Don't bank on Discovery banking
I have been waiting for discovery bank to assist me with setting up my credit card but this has taken almost a month. I have received numerous calls and reference numbers without my issue being resolved. I've manually sent through my documents and still nothing. The service I've received is nothing short of appalling.

Premium terrible service
It's been almost two months since I sent my car in for service and I still do not have it back. I have sent numerous emails and I've often had to beg for updates. The telephone line is terrible and the email response leaves a lot to be desired. The service is downright appalling.

Buying a home? Do it with Tyson properties (Lucrecia)
Lucrecia Lord was the agent helping me buy my first home to tell you she went above the call of duty is an understatement. She answered all my questions, made the process is easy and seamless. You want her to do all the admin for you as she is on the ball from the start to the end. Give that lady a bonus and the recognition she deserves. I hope everyone gets her to assist them with buying a home.

Mtn router and data is a ****
I bought the month to month diamond package with router and now I'm being invoiced above R1000 for something I was told would cost R250 per month especially considering that I paid approximately R1400 in upfront costs and I can't get an explanation why.

Nativechild Northgate is the best salon in the north of Johannesburg. Thuliswe the best stylist always taking care of my sensitive scalp and hair. Give that queen a raise! Not only does she excel at getting me to use Native products but she explains the benefits of the product and treatment.
