Life Day Spa WESTRAND My experience with Life Day Spa WESTRAND in the Silverstar Casino was one of the worsts. I made an appointment for 11am, which I arrived on time for. I then proceeded to change into the robe and flip flops provided and sat in the waiting area waiting to be called for my appointment after filling in the form. I sat in the waiting area until 11:45 with no assistance and or explanation as to the reason my appointment was running so late. I eventually got up and went and got dressed and reported to the front desk that I was leaving, they acted surprised and asked that I stay for a massage on the house. I declined, I had already changed into my clothes and they had not bothered with any explanations to me before I said I wanted to leave. They promised to call the next day to arrange for a reappointment for the services I had booked- THEY NEVER CALLED. They simply do not care. Shocking service, unprofessional and they lie.
