My mother and mother-in-law (both senior citizens) were left to navigate the spa on their own with no guidance between treatments. They were not informed of treatment times, where to go next, or even when and where lunch was served. I repeatedly checked with reception and was assured they were fine, which turned out not to be true.
I emailed both the branch and head office on 31 January and received no response.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Life Day Spa — especially for elderly guests who require attentive service and clear guidance.
