I am still seeing money been deducted from my account without me actually getting any type of service from Lifecheq. So this is frustrating me and now I am out of patience.
Kindly refund the monies you have taken/been taking from my account to date and cancel any contract(s) I may have signed up for.
Khoni made an honest mistake, so I do not expect her to be lambasted for this, but nobody put an effort to resolve this issue(s) for me. All that happens is that @ month end, my money is taken despite my previous communications. I really do not want to scream and shout on social media such as Hello Peter and the likes but also do not push me because right is right and I was more than fair to Lifecheq so please action what you need to at the soonest.
