Rather go directly through insurance companies. My representative was lovely, but the underwriters are absolutely incompetent. Kamil specifically. I had my nurse's appointment almost a month ago and only gets back to me now for more ridiculous forms to fill out. This has been so gruelling and I regret going through them!

The service is not what I expected, waiting for 3 months for my plan while paying premiums. Includes the tax service, which was a waste of money as they literally did nothing. Been waiting for a call from them since the beginning of March

They don't listen to your actual financial goals or finances. Had to redo my plan several times because they used the wrong information. Then they took money from my bank account without my authorization, like I literally have not signed a document or given them written/verbal consent to setup a debit order on my account. It has now been a month, I have been sending various emails asking for a refund as well as communicated with them on social media. Be careful when dealing with them

DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Crooks. your premium will double in the second month. The fine print in the contract is deceiving and is not explained clearly when pitching this product to you. Also when trying to cancel you will have to pay a cancelation fee that is invoiced for work done. In my case a plan that was create, catch is the plan is created on their software so you have to pay for the plan but cannot access it when you cancel.

Hi LifeCheq, This is to give an appreciation to the wonderful and extra-mile service I have received with one of the most extraordinarily patient and dedicated workers on The LifeCheq Tax Team - Garrick Blok. In ensuring to send me reminders without getting any replies from me because of the lack of replies I was getting from companies I sent IRP5 requests to. If it were not for his patience and dedication, my taxes would not have been filed.

All that happens is that @ month end, my money is taken despite my previous communications. I really do not want to scream and shout on social media such as Hello Peter and the likes but also do not push me because right is right and I was more than fair to Lifecheq so please action what you need to at the soonest.
