Horrible service provider, cosmopolitan project monopoly. Terrible WhatsApp and web service portal, bad service all round!
I keep receiving calls from companies I have no dealings with, they all say the got my number from Directline Holding and is in compliance with the Popi Act. Compliant my “donkey” , please remove me from the leads list whatever
I keep receiving telemarketing calls and they tell they got my details from Directline Holdings PTY LTD
The service is not what I expected, waiting for 3 months for my plan while paying premiums. Includes the tax service, which was a waste of money as they literally did nothing. Been waiting for a call from them since the beginning of March
Terrible service provider, very unreliable. Connection issues every other day, inconsistent speed. Lousy call centre, no after hours service since it’s always down
The amount of connection issues per week and uplink provider issues, and to add the service from their consultants. Reading the reviews, I’m convinced it’s not worth my money. I’m working from home and I thought, wow fibre and then I ran to Telkoms sibling in disguise.
