For anyone who wishes to bank with TymeBank, stay away. The customer support is horrible and they are just plainly rude to you when you try and address issues. I cannot access money because I need to upgrade my account but their system is so flawed that it doesn't allow me to upgrade which means I literally cannot access the money in the account. Countless calls and messages but not a single person has been able to offer a solution that actually resolved the problem. If this never gets resolved I don't think I will ever see my money again.
They don't listen to your actual financial goals or finances. Had to redo my plan several times because they used the wrong information. Then they took money from my bank account without my authorization, like I literally have not signed a document or given them written/verbal consent to setup a debit order on my account. It has now been a month, I have been sending various emails asking for a refund as well as communicated with them on social media. Be careful when dealing with them
I am very unhappy with the service I got today. I bought shoes from this branch last week in my correct size (size 6). I was very excited about my new shoes and when I fitted them at home they were slightly to small for me, so I put them back into the box and left them in my car until I got a chance to go back to the branch and exchange them. When I got to the store they did not have the shoes in a bigger size and since there wasn't anything else in the store I wanted so I decided I would just get a cash refund.<br> <br> I went to the customer service counter and the lady helping me started with the process of the refund, she opened the box and underneath the shoes was dust from when I fitted the shoes at home. She told me that they cannot refund me, when I explained to her that you can just wipe the dust off with a tissue and it would be fine, she then said that I should've done it at home thus they cannot give me my money back.<br> <br> She then explained that they cannot resell the shoes because of the dust underneath the shoes and I never received my refund. I hope that you will work on your policy regarding this because I am very disappointed in the money I have lost at your store.
