Such ease of use! It's the only place I pay my fines. Support is always on point and quick to respond if I need anything.
DO NOT MOVE FROM YOUR CURRENT MEDICAL AID. If you are here because you are considering jumping ship from your current medical aid scheme to Momentum, I can tell you from firsthand experience, it is not worth it. They ignore every email and deduct money for a medical aid that isn't even active. I went back to Discovery immediately. It may be a little more expensive but I can tell you it is worth it when the customer service is 1000 times better!
I dealt with an Shamanie who was professional, knowledgable and efficient in dealing with my issue. Really appreciated her. 1 Star for Discovery. They are overpriced.
Weren't you guys fined for making cancellations so hard? I've been trying for weeks and every time I am "put through to the cancellations department" nothing ever happens: no ringing, no pick-up, just silence. I wonder if this department even exists. I want to cancel my contract and you guys are preventing me from doing so. They should have fined this company a lot more.
I am still waiting for a response to my multiple emails regarding the settlement amount to cancel my contract.

Rather go directly through insurance companies. My representative was lovely, but the underwriters are absolutely incompetent. Kamil specifically. I had my nurse's appointment almost a month ago and only gets back to me now for more ridiculous forms to fill out. This has been so gruelling and I regret going through them!
Worst customer experience ever. Never make online purchases with CUM. Their deliveries are super slow and their communication and feedback are non-existent. I've requested a return 3 times in 1 week on their site and I haven't even received so much as a confirmation email.
Sadly have to give a one-star, not for one specific occasion but for the multiple times I have ordered online and I have struggled every single time. This is the straw on the camel's back. I decided because the delivery and comms are always so slow on standard delivery, let me try expedited delivery. Turned out to be worse. I have no idea where my package is and it definitely isn't as fast as they state it to be. I think what really sucks is the lack of communication as to where my order is and how long it will take. Just disappointing :(
