Bongekile Tsawulwayo has engaged private investigators in an effort to damage my reputation, initially by attempting to undermine me. The investigative materials, including photos and videos, have been disseminated publicly, some of which contain footage of children. Bongekile Tsawulwayo’s actions appear to be focused on tarnishing the reputations of others by conducting extensive research on their family members, ********ly accessing birth and death records, and distributing sensitive information with the intent to harm. She has also subjected me to persistent ***ual harassment, implying that compliance with her demands would allow me to reclaim my identity. She has ***ually harassed me in an attempt to right any wrongs. Today, she informed me of her intention to visit my late mother’s grave.

Event was canceled by organisers and we were informed to email Tixsa for a refund. Initial email was sent 26 November and on the 27th of November I was informed that my refund will be processed and that it will take 3 - 5 business days. After that there was no communication. Sunday 4 December I sent an email as I have not received my refund yet and I was told that it was processed and I should give it until Monday even though the 3 - 5 business days was over on Friday. Now I am told that it was never processed through paygate and they only picked it up once I queried it.

Bought a ticket to a show this coming weekend through Tixsa (1st time dealing with them) and because of being booked off with a covid scare I politely asked for a refund as I would obviously not be attending the show. Sometimes event planners will reconsider, a plain no will also suffice, or even just a partially refund, but in this case some people I know with same covid scares and positive cases was refunded and then some not. Double standards does not go down well. Hopefully some of our best bands and shows won't ever be hosted by Tixsa again. Leaves a ****ty taste in your mouth and that is not a Covid symptom.
